Dear Brothers and Sisters,
During the coronavirus era many parents are having to work from their homes and children are having to finish up the school year by doing the same. It gives everyone more time to interact and strengthen family bonds.
This Sunday’s gospel reading (John 10:1-10) portrays Jesus as the Good Shepherd inviting parents to walk in His footsteps as examples of good shepherds for their children.
May is traditionally devoted to Our Blessed Mother. It gives us the opportunity to renew our devotion to Mary by rediscovering the rosary and meditating on its mysteries while praying. As the old saying goes: ” the family who prays together stays together”. Let us remember in our supplications all family members both living and deceased.
Sending you healthy wishes,
